Terms and Conditions

Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Amex through PayPal, which automatically encrypts your confidential credit card and personal information - we never see your credit card number. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card using their service. Please do be sure to include your mailing address in the Notes section if it is different from the address on file with Paypal. Items will be shipped once funds have cleared.

All items are shipped by Royal Mail First Class within the UK, and Royal Mail Airmail everywhere else. I will do my best to get your package in the mail within three business days of payment and will let you know if there's a delay for any reason. Item prices will be listed on customs declarations and any and all customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.

I cannot be responsible for lost orders. I am happy to ship orders with tracking at your request. Insurance is also available if requested at the buyer's expense. For either tracking or insurance, please fill out the contact form or the notes section in your order and I will invoice you for the additional charges at cost.

Custom Orders

We are happy to dye up any of our colourways on the base of your choice, or create a special custom colourway just for you! All custom orders require a 50% deposit before we start dyeing, with the balance and shipping payable when the fibre is ready to go in the mail. Orders of more then 500 g of fibre are subject to a 10% bulk order discount. Please contact us through the email icon below to get a quote on price and turnaround times.

Please note: custom colourways designed for you are not refundable. Orders of standard colourways are refundable if the return is submitted as outlined below.


Thank you for your purchase! I hope that you will be completely happy with your fiber, but please let me know about any problems as soon as possible, so they can be addressed. 

Returns are excepted on all orders, except for custom colourways, within 7 days of receipt, as long as the items are unused and in as-new condition. If you wish to return your purchase, you must inform me in writing of your decision - an email is sufficient. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
